BARRE I.J. CENTRÉ is ideally situated within walking distance from the town of Tanah Rata. It replaces the former Convent Youth Centre in Tanah Rata. This new Centre named after Blessed Nicolas Barre, the founder of the Sister of the Infant Jesus, is a 3 –storey building that can house a maximum of 245 people.
The main objective of BIJC is to provide facilities for leadership training, formation programes, meetings, group outings, etc for people of all walks of life… priority given to students and youth. Its multi-purpose hall is fully equipped with audio-visual facilities to cater for your every need. Its quite and conducive atmosphere and the cool climate offer you an ideal place if you need to retreat from the heat and the hustle and bustle of life.
